Order Delivery Terms

Location
We can only accept orders from customers residing in the UK for orders that are to be delivered within the UK. If a discrepancy found between billing and delivery details, we may choose to cancel the order at our discretion for our own protection.

Delivery Costs
Delivery may be free according to promotions at any given time but where free delivery does not apply, any applicable delivery charges will be shown during order checkout.

In-stock Dispatch Times
In the majority of cases orders will be for items which are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days after an order has been received.  Unless a customer opts to pay for an express delivery option (if one is offered) our typical dispatch method will be a tracked or signed-for service offered by UK Royal Mail. We reserve the right to change the companies performing deliveries for us at our discretion and without notification.

Out-of-stock Orders
When a product is out of stock it is normally not possible to place an order for it but when deliveries are expected very soon we will often allow back-orders, in which case we will dispatch once our supplies arrive. In these cases we will advise customers of likely delivery dates as soon as possible. In the event that a delay occurs we will inform the customer by email.

‘Safe Place’ for deliveries
Customers are advised to specify a ‘safe place’ for deliveries in the event they are not likely to be home, so that couriers are not tempted to leave parcels outside the property. Safe places can be noted in the order notes section when checking out.

Unsafe Addresses

Where an address is one which we know has had problems, such as parcels being delivered but not received for any reason, we may choose to decline and cancel an order. The same applies to addresses which have been used or flagged to us as being used to make purchases using stolen or corrupted payment methods.
